Manage Your Organisation Profile
Setting up an organisation profile is the fundamental step in publishing your events. A complete and well-defined organisation profile will give your attendees a sense of trust, and they will be more inclined to purchase tickets and attend your events.
How to Set Up an Organisation Profile?
Your organization profile is automatically created when you create your first event on EventBookings.
When you create your first event, you can complete the organisation’s profile on the overview page of your event dashboard before publishing an event.

Manage Your Organisation Profile
You can always update your organisation’s profile information from your organisation dashboard. To update your organisation profile:
- Go to your organization dashboard.
- Select organization profile.
- Click on the edit profile icon (pen icon).
- On the profile information pop-over, you can change the information described below.
- Click save to update the changes made.
About organization information
Information | Description |
---|---|
Organisation Name | Enter the name of your organisation, this can be changed anytime. |
Profile Link | Not-editable: Your organization’s profile link is auto-generated by EventBookings, and you can’t change it. |
About | Enter a short description of your organization and goals. |
Contact information (email, phone, websites, and social media): | Enter contact details about your organization. This information will be visible to the public if you have set your profile’s privacy as public. |
Address | Enter contact details about your organization. This information will be visible to the public if you have set your profile’s privacy as public. |
Privacy settings for your organization
You can access the privacy settings by clicking the settings icon on the organisation’s profile page. The available options for privacy settings are listed below:

Lock my organization profile | Locking your organization profile hides your general information and public activities by disabling your organization profile page. |
Hide address on my organization profile | By enabling the option, you can hide your organization’s address from your organization’s public profile. |
Allow people to contact my organization | Allow people to contact my organisation. |
Disable reviews | Disables option for your event attendees to submit their reviews and ratings for your events. Disabling this option hides your reviews and ratings from your organization’s public profile. |
Hide address on my organisation profile. | The reviews and ratings received for your events do not appear in any public feed. However, reviews and ratings will still appear in your organization’s public profile. |
Eventbookings offers versatile options to manage organizations such as location, add or change timezone, currency & tax, switching among multiple organizations and subscription.
Add Multiple Organisations
You can have more than one organization in EventBookings and add a new organization from the Organization Dashboard.
To add a new organization:
- Go to your organization dashboard
- Click on the drop-down icon beside your organization’s name and photo.
- Select the add organization option from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the necessary organization details on the “Add Organization” pop-up.
- Click add, and a new organization will be added to your account.
Switching Among Multiple Organisations
You can switch between organizations anytime to view events and take necessary actions under that organization.
To switch between organizations:
- Go to your organization dashboard
- Click on the drop-down icon beside your organization’s name and photo.
- Select an organisation from the drop-down. If you don’t have any organisation, you can add one by clicking the add organization button.
- You will switch to your selected organization dashboard and other information by clicking. You can always change back to the previous organization by repeating the above steps.
Change Time Zone
EventBookings understands that organisers like you might always be on the run, with 100 things on your to-do list, and may require you to travel frequently while organising your events. You can easily update your time zone from the About section of your profile.
To change the time zone:
- Go to My Profile
- Select the Settings tab and scroll down to view the Time zone option
- Click on it and change the time zone to your desired option
- When done, click Update, and your new time zone will get updated across the system
