Clone or copy an event 

Creating a duplicate of an event can save you valuable time, especially when managing recurring or similar events. EventBookings makes this process straightforward with its event cloning feature. Follow the steps below to quickly copy or clone an existing event and publish it. 

Step 1: Access the Organiser Dashboard 

Begin by logging in to your EventBookings account. Navigate to the Organizer Dashboard, where you can manage all your events and configurations. 

Step 2: Open the Events Section 

In the Organiser Dashboard, locate and click on the Events section. This will display a list of all the events you have created, including their details and statuses. 

Step 3: Select the Event to Clone 

Identify the event you wish to copy or clone from the list. Once you’ve found the event, click on the three-dot menu located next to it. This menu provides additional options for managing the selected event. 

Step 4: Click the “Duplicate Now” Button 

From the three-dot menu, select the Duplicate Now option. This action will create an exact copy of your event, including all its settings, ticket configurations, and details. 

Step 5: Publish the Cloned Event 

After duplicating the event, you’ll be directed to the draft version of the cloned event. Review the details to ensure everything is correct. Once you’re satisfied, click the Publish button to make the cloned event live and available for attendees to book tickets.
