Consumer Cancellation & Refund

You can only cancel your booking if your event organiser has permitted the purchaser to cancel it. Once you cancel, you may automatically get a refund, or a refund request will be submitted to the organiser, depending on their set refund policy.

Important Note: Based on the refund policy set by the event organiser, you may receive the refund automatically, or a refund request will be submitted, which will be reviewed by the organiser. Once you receive a refund, you will receive an email from EventBookings about the transaction details.
