<strong>Resources<\/strong> menu will appear in the left-hand menu of the event setup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This menu allows you to assign existing resources to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Creating Resources (Organization-Level Setup)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before you can add resources to an event, you must first create them at the organization level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steps to Create a Resource<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to your <strong>Organization Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down the left-hand menu and select <strong>Resources<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add Resources<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Add Resources popup, complete the following fields:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Type (Mandatory)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> The name of the resource (e.g. Swimming Pool, Conference Room).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description (Optional)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> A short explanation of the resource or its usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quantity (Mandatory)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> The total number of identical resources available (e.g. 3 swimming pools).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Image (Mandatory)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Upload one or more images of the resource for attendees to view during can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Activate \/ Deactivate<\/strong> a resource using the toggle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>More options (\u22ef)<\/strong> menu to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit the resource<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete the resource<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Editing Resources<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When editing a resource, you can update all standard details and will also see an additional option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identifier (Optional)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>You may assign a unique code to the resource for internal reference or tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resource Capacity and Sharing Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each resource includes a key setting that determines how it can be booked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can this resource be shared across multiple bookings?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Toggle: OFF (Default)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capacity is automatically set to <strong>1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The resource can only be booked once<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After one ticket purchase, the resource is marked <strong>Sold Out<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Toggle: ON<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can define a higher capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The resource can be booked multiple times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings continue until the defined capacity is reached<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assigning Resources to an Event<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the Resource Booking toggle is enabled, the Resources menu appears in the event setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assign resources to your event:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your event and go to the Resources menu from the Event Overview.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Assign Resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the resource to which you want to assign the ticket(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign tickets from the Select Ticket dropdown.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can assign one, multiple, or all ticket types to a single resource.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save to apply your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resource Behaviour and Availability Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Resources are <strong>event-specific<\/strong>, meaning their capacity applies only to the event they are added to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If <strong>event capacity<\/strong>, <strong>ticket capacity<\/strong>, and <strong>resource capacity<\/strong> are all configured:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If event tickets are available, customers can continue booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If ticket capacity is reached, the ticket type shows <strong>Sold Out<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If resource capacity is reached, the resource shows <strong>Sold Out<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each capacity type is enforced independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resource Behaviour for Timeslot Events<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For events that use timeslots:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resource capacity is applied <strong>per timeslot<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each timeslot manages its capacity independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a timeslot reaches its limit, that specific slot becomes unavailable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If all timeslots are sold out, the resource will display <strong>Sold Out<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This ensures accurate availability for sessions running at
