Managing Your Email Reputation Score

To ensure reliable email delivery and protect the EventBookings platform, we actively monitor organizer email reputation scores. A low reputation score may temporarily block or disable certain features until it is restored.

Important: A low reputation score negatively affects email performance and reliability for everyone on the platform. Please review your email practices before you start sending again.

When Your Reputation Score Falls Below 90

If your score drops below 90, you’ll see a warning message:

⚠️ Your reputation score is below our standard, and your account is at risk of suspension. Campaign emails, invitations, and attendee additions are currently blocked.

You can also view the count and list of emails categorized as Blocked, Unsubscribed, Bounced, or Spam, along with their subject lines.

To restore access:

  • You can reset your reputation score for a one-time fee of $20.
  • This fee helps cover maintenance and monitoring costs caused by high bounce rates, spam complaints, or misuse.

Please note, if your reputation score drops again or if your organization is disabled due to a low reputation score, you will need to make a payment again to restore it to 100. We strongly recommend maintaining a good reputation score to avoid this.

After Resetting Your Score

Once the reset is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message:

Purchase Completed
Congratulations on resetting your reputation! Your email features are now active and ready to help you reconnect with your attendees.

When an Organizer Account is Disabled

If your reputation score falls below 80, your account will be automatically disabled to protect the system from potential abuse. You’ll be able to view a list of emails categorized as Blocked, Unsubscribed, Bounced, or Spam, along with their subject lines.

To regain access:

  • Reset your reputation score by completing the one-time payment process.

Please note, if your reputation score drops again or if your organization is disabled due to a low reputation score, you will need to make a payment again to restore it to 100. We strongly recommend maintaining a good reputation score to avoid this.

After Restoring Access

Once your reset is successful, you’ll see this confirmation:

Purchase Completed

Congratulations on resetting your reputation! Your organization is enabled again, and all email features are restored.
