Survey is a premium feature of EventBookings that lets the organizers run various surveys to collect feedback or information from attendees to make data-driven decisions.

Creating a Survey

Creating a survey is a very simple and straightforward way. If you navigate to Survey Form from your Event Dashboard.

Now pressing on Create Survey will open a form builder pop-up where you will have various fields to drag and drop and embellish your form as you wish, and you can configure each field with custom conditions and attributes.

On the next page, you’ll have options regarding how you would like to share the survey form with your attendees and where you want to place the form. You can even get a shareable link to the form to share with others on your social media platforms. That’s a very good way to collect data or feedback.

Once you are done with creating your survey form and saving it, people will see the form however you want to show it.

Sharing the Survey Form

You can share the survey both on your event page and by copying the link and sharing it manually with people.

You won’t be able to delete a feedback once someone responds to it.

Managing Responses

The report dashboard of the survey presents all important data, including total impressions, total attempted and total completed. And you can access and view the responses to the survey by the questions and by the users.

If you want to export the responses in a CSV file, click on the three-dot button and select Export CSV. It’ll immediately download a CSV file containing the form data.
