To create a waiting list for ticket types that have sold out, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Event Overview for your event.
2. From the left-hand panel, select Settings.
3. Open the Event Settings dropdown menu.
4. Enable the option “I want to enable waiting list.”

Once this is turned on, attendees will be able to join a queue when tickets are sold out. If you release more tickets or there are cancellations, you can notify everyone on the waiting list and maximise your attendance.
