What’s the reason for extra charges on my ticket purchase?

For some events, you will notice that the ticket’s price is mentioned as AU $65 + AU $1.60 (if, for example, the base price of the ticket is AU $65); this additional AU $1.60 is our service charge.

At EventBookings, we offer the organizers the flexibility to pass our service charges as part of the ticket price. The additional charges are shown below, indicated by a ‘+’ with the original base price of the ticket.

This will be indicated on the Order Confirmation page when you try to purchase your ticket.
