Organiser Profile Page empowers you to showcase your expertise, craft outstanding events, and connect with your audience1. Your profile is your canvas to paint your vision, featuring your upcoming events, a glimpse into your past successes, and all the tools you need to create an unforgettable.

Manage Your Organisation Profile

Setting up an organisation profile is the fundamental step in publishing your events. A complete and well-defined organisation profile will give your attendees a sense of trust, and they will be more inclined to purchase tickets and attend your events.

How to Set Up an Organisation Profile?

Your organisation profile is automatically created when you create your first event on EventBookings.
When you create your first event, you can complete the organisation’s profile on the overview page of your event dashboard before publishing an event.

Manage Your Organisation Profile

You can always update your organisation’s profile information from your organisation dashboard. To update your organisation profile:

1. Go to your organisation dashboard.
2. Select organisation profile.
3. Click on the edit profile icon (pen icon).
4. On the profile information pop-over, you can change the information described below.
5. Click save to update the changes made.

About organisation information

Information	Description
Organisation Name	Enter the name of your organisation, this can be changed anytime.
Profile Link	Not-editable: Your organisation’s profile link is auto-generated by EventBookings, and you can’t change it.
About	Enter a short description of your organisation and goals.
Contact information (email, phone, websites, and social media):	Enter contact details about your organisation. This information will be visible to the public if you have set your profile’s privacy as public.
Address	Put your organisation’s actual address to uplift your validity, which eventually will increase the chances of getting more attendees.

Privacy settings for your organisation

You can access the privacy settings by clicking the settings icon on the organisation’s profile page. The available options for privacy settings are listed below:

Settings	Description
Lock my organisation profile	Locking your organisation profile hides your general information and public activities by disabling your organisation profile page.
Hide address on my organisation profile	By enabling the option, you can hide your organisation’s address from your organisation’s public profile.
Allow people to contact my organisation	Allow people to contact my organisation.
Disable reviews	Disables option for your event attendees to submit their reviews and ratings for your events. Disabling this option hides your reviews and ratings from your organisation’s public profile.
Hide address on my organisation profile.	The reviews and ratings received for your events do not appear in any public feed. However, reviews and ratings will still appear in your organisation’s public profile.

Eventbookings offers versatile options to manage organisations such as location, add or change timezone, currency & tax, switching among multiple organisations and subscription.

Add Multiple Organisations

You can have more than one organisation in EventBookings and add a new organisation from the Organisation Dashboard.

To add a new organisation:

1. Go to your organisation dashboard.
2. Click on the drop-down icon beside your organisation’s name and photo.
3. Select the add organisation option from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter the necessary organisation details on the “Add Organisation” pop-up.
5. Click add, and a new organisation will be added to your account.

Switching Among Multiple Organisations

You can switch between organisations anytime to view events and take necessary actions under that organisation.

To switch between organisations:

1. Go to your organisation dashboard.
2. Click on the drop-down icon beside your organisation’s name and photo.
3. Select an organisation from the drop-down. If you don’t have any organisation, you can add one by clicking the add organisation button.
4. You will switch to your selected organisation dashboard and other information by clicking. You can always change back to the previous organisation by repeating the above steps.

Change Time Zone

EventBookings understands that organisers like you might always be on the run, with 100 things on your to-do list, and may require you to travel frequently while organising your events. You can easily update your time zone from the About section of your profile.

To change the time zone:

1. Go to My Profile
2. Select the Settings tab and scroll down to view the Time zone option
3. Click on it and change the time zone to your desired option
4. When done, click Update, and your new time zone will get updated across the system
