You can update the event date and event information at any time; however, there are a few important restrictions to be aware of:
- If your event is a Schedule-based event, you cannot change the event date once ticket sales have started. But you can change other information like event description and images.
- If your event type is Does Not Repeat, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Time Slot–based event, you can edit the event date and time even after tickets sales have started.
How to change the event date and time
- Go to your Organization Dashboard.
- Open the event you want to edit from the “Events” menu.
- Navigate to the Information menu.
- Locate the Event Date & Time section.
- Update the date and/or time as required.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
