The My Team function within EventBookings facilitates this by enabling you to add members, assign roles, and delegate organisational tasks, reducing your workload. Below are a few roles that you can create and utilise for your events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bookings Manager<\/strong>: Manages all aspects of event bookings and ticket sales. They ensure the booking system is functional and user-friendly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ticketing Supervisor<\/strong>: Oversees ticket scanning and validation at the event. They handle the technology for scanning and troubleshooting any issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Campaign Director<\/strong>: Creates and manages marketing campaigns to promote events. They utilise insights and tracking codes to measure campaign effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volunteer Ticket Scanner<\/strong>: This role is dedicated to scanning tickets at the event entry points. The volunteer will use the mobile application to ensure all tickets are valid and prevent unauthorised access. They play a crucial role in managing the flow of attendees and maintaining accurate attendance records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Relations Lead<\/strong>: Manages the contact list and attendee details. They ensure attendees receive proper communication and handle inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Event Analyst<\/strong>: Utilises the insights feature to analyse event data. They generate reports and provide recommendations for future events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Merchandise Coordinator<\/strong>: Handles the sale of event-related merchandise. You have the complete freedom to create roles with specific permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/support.eventbookings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Final_MyTeam.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Manage-Roles\">Create &amp; Manage Roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Web-Application\">Web Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to your <strong>Organisation Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the left-hand panel, select <strong>My Team<\/strong>, then switch to the <strong>Manage Roles<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Manage Roles<\/strong>, duplicate the role you want to modify or use as a base.<br><strong>Note:<\/strong> To create a new role, you must first duplicate an existing role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After duplicating the role, configure the required permissions for both the <strong>Web App<\/strong> and the <strong>Scanner App<\/strong> under the <strong>Assigned Permissions<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to create the role.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Permission Types<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Read<\/strong>: Team members can view pages and information. They are not permitted to make any changes or take action. <em>Example<\/em>: A <strong>Financial Auditor<\/strong> could be given Read access to financial reports to review transactions without the risk of altering data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit<\/strong>: Team members can modify existing content but are restricted from adding or removing new items. <em>Example<\/em>: An <strong>Event Editor<\/strong> might have Edit access to update event details like time or location but cannot add or delete anything.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create<\/strong>: Team members are empowered to add new content within the scope of the feature they have access to, but deletion is not allowed. <em>Example<\/em>: A <strong>Content Creator<\/strong> could have Created access to add new images and videos to the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong>: Team members can remove items, providing them control over decluttering or managing outdated content. <em>Example<\/em>: A <strong>Relationship Lead<\/strong> might have Delete access to remove outdated contacts or duplicate entries in the attendee list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, if you wish to delegate the management of your event\u2019s promotional activities, you might grant a <strong>Marketing Specialist<\/strong> Create &amp; Delete permissions for campaigns and invitations, allowing them to craft and remove promotions as needed. Conversely, if you require someone to oversee the event\u2019s analytics, you could assign a <strong>Data Analyst<\/strong> Read-only access to insights and reports, enabling them to monitor performance metrics without modifying any data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Add-team-member\">Add team member<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a team member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to your <strong>organisation dashboard.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>my team<\/strong> from the left panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Send Invitation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the team member\u2019s name, email address on the <strong>Send Invitation<\/strong> pop-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the intended <strong>Role<\/strong> for that member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>invite and an invitation email will be sent to the email address you provided<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create and manage roles from the
