With EventBookings, you can configure custom timeslot, block out unavailable times, and set a notice period for better event management. Follow the steps below to create and manage a timeslot event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Log in to Your Account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your EventBookings account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you don\u2019t have one, create a new account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Create Event and select your organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Add Event Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the event name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the event venue address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the Event Repeat drop-down menu, select Timeslot Event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Configure Timeslot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the event date, start time, and duration intervals between timeslot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Add Slots button to set your weekly available hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Timeslot Settings<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Custom Timeslot:<\/strong> Enable this option to create custom timeslot for specific days. Custom timeslot overrides the default timeslot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Block Timeslot:<\/strong> Block specific times, dates, or date ranges to make them unavailable for booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notice Period:<\/strong> Set a notice period before and after your event to allow preparation time. During this period, bookings will be restricted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4: Finalise the Timeslot Event<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set the timeslot end date or specify the number of days the event will run.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Save button to update the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Editing Slots of The Event Occurrences<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to make changes to your timeslot <strong>event\u2019s occurrences, <\/strong>follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Edit an Occurrence<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>pen icon<\/strong> next to the occurrences you created (e.g., 2 occurrences created or 10 occurrences created)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From here, you can update details for that specific occurrence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll also see the option to <strong>Copy from Other Date<\/strong>, which allows you to duplicate settings from another date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit Slot<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To apply changes to <strong>slot<\/strong>, go to the <strong>Edit Occurrence<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assigned Tickets<\/strong>: You can assign multiple or specific ticket types to each slot. Different prices can also be set for different slots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacity<\/strong>: By default, capacity is unlimited.
