How do I cancel my order, or request for a refund?

To cancel your booking for an event:

1. Go to my profile from the profile menu drop-down.
2. Select my orders tab.
3. Navigate to the event on the list you want to cancel the booking for and select view order details.
4. Click the three-dot button on the order details page and select cancel order.
5. A “cancel order” pop-up will appear asking for your confirmation.
6. Click confirm cancel, and your booking for the event will get cancelled.
