Upgrading your subscription on EventBookings is a straightforward process that unlocks additional features and enhances your event management capabilities. Follow this detailed step-by-step guide to upgrade your account effortlessly:
Step 1: Go to the Organiser Dashboard
Log in to your EventBookings account and navigate to the Organizer Dashboard. This is your hub for managing events, analytics, and account settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Subscription Section
In the dashboard menu, locate the Subscription option. Click on it to view your current subscription details and available upgrade options.
Step 3: Enable the “Upgrade Organisation” Toggle
In the subscription section, you’ll find the “Upgrade Organisation” toggle. Enable the toggle and you’ll find three premium packages. They are:
- LiteÂ
- Standard
- Flexible
Checking all the package details, you can select the premium package that suits your organisation’s requirements.
Step 4: Add Your Payment InformationÂ
To complete the payment process, provide your card details in the designated fields:
- Card Number: Enter your 16-digit credit or debit card number.
- Expiry Date: Input the card’s expiration date in MM/YY format.
- CVV: Add the 3-digit security code found on the back of your card.
Step 5: Enter Your Address DetailsÂ
Fill in the required address information accurately. This includes:
- Address: Enter your complete street address.
- Country: Select your country from the dropdown menu.
- State: Choose the state or province relevant to your address.
