Assign Different Tickets for Different Occurrences

If you’re creating a recurring event and want to offer different ticket options for each occurrence, EventBookings makes it easy to assign specific tickets to each timeslot. Follow the steps below to configure this:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Create Your Recurring Event
    Start by setting up your recurring event. Add all the occurrences (dates/times) as needed.
  2. Add Multiple Ticket Types
    Once your event is created, go ahead and add all the ticket types you want to use for the event. These can be general, VIP, early bird, student tickets, etc.
  3. Navigate to the Event’s “Information” Tab
    Click on the Information tab of your event in the EventBookings dashboard.
  4. Edit Occurrences
    Scroll down to the section where your occurrences are listed. Click the edit icon next to the line that says something like “3 occurrences created.”
  5. Assign Tickets to Each Occurrence
    For each date or timeslot:
    • Click the Assign Ticket icon.
    • A multi-select dropdown will appear.
    • Select the specific ticket(s) you want to offer for that particular occurrence.
    • Click Save to apply the changes.
  6. Repeat for All Occurrences
    Repeat the assignment process for each remaining occurrence to ensure every timeslot has the correct ticket options and allocations.
