EventBookings Reporting

As an organiser on EventBookings, you have access to detailed reports and insights across your Orders, Tickets, Customers, Purchases, Remittance, and Fees. Each section comes with powerful filtering options and the ability to export reports in CSV format for easy record-keeping.

Orders

The Orders tab gives you complete visibility into all event orders placed by attendees. It’s your central hub for reviewing order details, tracking statuses, and exporting order reports.

Key Filter:

  • Events: View orders across all events or filter by a specific event.
  • Date: Select a date range to see orders within a specific time frame.
  • Refunds: Apply a refund filter to track refunded orders.
  • Status: Choose between Active or Cancelled to review order status.
  • Payment Status: Filter by payment status with three options available.

Export: All order data can be exported as a CSV file for reporting purposes.

Tickets

The Tickets tab provides detailed information about all tickets issued for your events. This section is essential for tracking attendance, understanding ticket sales trends, and exporting data for operational planning.

Key Filter:

  • Events: Select all events or a specific event to view ticket reports.
  • Date: Filter by date range to see tickets sold during a certain period.

Export: All ticket reports can be exported as a CSV file.

Customers

The Customers tab gives you access to detailed information about attendees who purchased tickets for your events. This helps you manage customer relationships, perform targeted communication, and keep accurate records.

Key Filter:

  • Events: Filter customers across all events or by a specific event.
  • Date: View customer data based on the date range you select.

Export: Customer information can be exported in CSV format.

Purchases

The Purchases tab provides a detailed breakdown of every transaction made by attendees. This section is particularly valuable for financial tracking and reconciling revenue.

Key Filter:

  • Date: Select a time frame to view purchases within that period.

Export: Purchase data can be exported as a CSV file.

Remittance

The Remittance tab allows organisers to track payouts for their events. If you’re using the EventBookings Payment Processor, this is where you’ll see the details of your remittances. You can monitor remittance updates for each event.

Export: Remittance information can be exported as a CSV file.

Fees

Fees are the service charges collected by EventBookings from organisers. Invoices are generated for these charges, which organisers can then view, filter, export, and pay directly from their organiser.

Merchandise

The Merchandise tab allows you to track sales of any merchandise offered during your events.

Key Filter:

  • Events: Filter customers across all events or by a specific event.
  • Date: Filter merchandise sales within a selected time range.

Export: Merchandise reports can be exported in CSV format.

The EventBookings reporting tools are designed to give organisers full visibility and control over their event performance. With robust filters, downloadable CSV reports, and clear categorisation across orders, tickets, customers, purchases, remittances, and fees, you can stay on top of your events with confidence.
