How and when do I contact the event organiser?

To contact the event organiser, please navigate to the event page and click on the organisation name located between the Event Banner and the Event Description sections.

You will then be redirected to the organisation’s profile page, where you will find a “Message” button. Through this option, you can send a message directly to the organiser.

Please note that you must be logged in to your EventBookings account to send a message. If you do not already have an account, you will need to sign up first.
