Connect EventBookings to Claude or ChatGPT, then manage events and retrieve account information using natural-language prompts.
| Before you begin: You need an EventBookings account and access to Claude or ChatGPT. You will sign in to EventBookings during the connection process. |
Connect EventBookings
You can connect your EventBookings account in either of the following ways.
Option 1: Connect from a prompt
- In Claude or ChatGPT, enter a prompt such as “Connect EventBookings.”
- Select Connect when the connection option appears in the conversation.
- You will be redirected to the EventBookings sign-in page.
- Sign in using your EventBookings email address and password.
- After a successful sign-in, you will be redirected automatically to Claude or ChatGPT.
Option 2: Connect through Claude settings
- In Claude, go to Customise> Connectors.
- Search for EventBookings in the connector list.
- Select Connect. You will be redirected to the EventBookings sign-in page.
- Sign in using your EventBookings email address and password.
- After a successful sign-in, you will be redirected automatically to Claude.
| Note: After connecting, the authenticated session is used for future prompts. You do not need to reconnect each time unless you disconnect EventBookings or your session expires. |
What you can do after connecting
Once connected, you can use natural-language prompts to interact with your EventBookings account. For example, you can:
- Check how many organisations are associated with your account.
- Create events and provide event details, names, and ticket types.
- Retrieve event sales and selling information.
- Perform other supported account and event management actions through the AI Assistant.
