EventBookings offers multiple payout methods for event organizers to receive their event revenue. Here’s what you need to know about each option:
1. EventBookings Payment Processing:

- How it Works: This method is PCI DSS compliant and compatible with all major cards. It’s the default option for Australian organizers.

- Getting Paid: Add your bank account details to receive payouts after your event ends. Payouts are typically processed every Tuesday.

- Ticketing Fee: A ticketing fee of 30 cents plus 2.50% per ticket sold.
Organisation Verification:
Verifying your organization with EventBookings helps build trust with your attendees and us. Verified organizers receive their payments on schedule. This is a one-time process. Contact us at contact@eventbookings.com to learn more about verification.
How to Verify:

- Log in to your Organization Dashboard on EventBookings.

- Under “Payment Collection,” click “Start Verification”, and follow the instructions to verify your email address and provide basic information about your organization.

- Once submitted, an admin will review your application and confirm your organization’s verification status via email.
Please note that EventBookings does not store any personal information from the verification process. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.
2. Stripe:

- How it Works: Stripe is a leading global payment service provider that allows organizers to accept ticket sales directly into their Stripe or bank accounts. It’s the default option for organizers outside Australia. Choosing Stripe means you’ll instantly have Google Pay and Apple Pay enabled, offering fast, secure, and convenient payment options for ticket buyers.

- Getting Paid: All ticket sales revenue is directly transferred to your Stripe or bank account.

- Ticketing Fee: A ticketing fee of E£3 plus 1.0% per ticket sold.

- Stripe Processing Fee: A Stripe processing fee per transaction will apply.
Apple Pay

- How It Works: Apple Pay lets attendees buy tickets quickly and securely using their Apple devices. Payments process automatically, with funds going straight to your connected account.

- Getting Paid: You receive Apple Pay sales directly into your account, following the same timeline as other payment methods.

- Ticketing Fee: A small fee of E£3 + 1.0% applies per ticket sold through Apple Pay.

- Processing Fee: Apple Pay processing fee per transaction will apply
Google Pay

- How It Works: Google Pay provides a fast, secure way for attendees to purchase tickets using saved payment methods. Transactions are completed instantly, with funds deposited to your account.

- Getting Paid: Revenue from Google Pay sales transfers directly to your account, with the same processing time as other payment options.

- Ticketing Fee: Each ticket sold via Google Pay incurs our standard fee of 30 cents plus 1.0% of the ticket price.

- Processing Fee: A Google Pay standard payment processing fee per transaction will apply

3. Afterpay:

- How it Works: Afterpay offers a “buy now, pay later” (BNPL) payment solution that enables customers to buy items and pay in instalments, typically over six weeks, without incurring interest if payments are made one time. To enable this payment method, link your account using a merchant ID and Secret Key.

- Getting Paid: The amount of all ticket sales will be directly added to your account.

- Ticketing Fee: A ticketing fee of E£3 plus 1.0% per ticket sold.

- Afterpay Processing Fee: Afterpay processing fee per transaction will apply.

4. PayPal:

- How it Works: PayPal is a trusted global payment platform that enables event organisers to securely accept ticket payments from buyers. When attendees purchase tickets, the payment is processed via PayPal and deposited directly into your connected PayPal account. This option is ideal for organisers who already use PayPal and prefer to manage their funds within that platform.

- Getting Paid: All ticket sales revenue is transferred instantly to your PayPal account after each successful transaction.

- Ticketing Fee: A ticketing fee of E£3.00 + 1.0% per ticket sold applies, regardless of whether you use PayPal or another payment method.

- PayPal Processing Fee: A PayPal standard payment processing fee per transaction will apply.
5. PayFast (Only Available in South Africa):

- How it Works: PayFast is a popular South African payment gateway that allows event organizers to securely accept payments from ticket buyers. It supports multiple payment methods, including instant EFT, credit and debit cards, and digital wallets, making it convenient for attendees to pay in their preferred way. Organizers simply connect their PayFast account to start receiving payments seamlessly.

- Getting Paid: All ticket sales revenue is deposited directly into your connected PayFast account, which you can then withdraw to your bank account. EventBookings will collect the service fee after the event ends. Please make sure you have added a Credit Card into your organization's Billing Details menu to pay the EventBookings Service Fees.

- Ticketing Fee: A ticketing fee of ZAR2.50 plus 1.0% per ticket sold applies.

- PayFast Processing Fee: A PayFast processing fee per transaction will apply.
6. Offline:

- How it Works: You can collect your payments through cheque, cash, MFS, or other convenient means. Just set the payment instructions and collect the amount from the attendee.

- Getting Paid: The amount of all ticket sales will be directly added to your account. EventBookings will collect the service fee after the event ends. Please make sure you have added a Credit Card into your organization's Billing Details menu to pay the EventBookings Service Fees.

- Ticketing Fee: A ticketing fee of E£3 plus 1.0% per ticket sold.
