Badge Printing Setup and Usage Guide

Badge Printing allows organisers to generate and print attendee badges using customisable templates.

Select Badge Template & Test Print

  1. Log in to your EventBookings account.
  2. Go to your Organization Dashboard.
  3. Click on the Badge Template menu.
  4. Select a badge dimension from the dropdown.
  5. Choose a template based on the selected dimension.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select your printer from the dropdown.
  8. Click Save to store the settings.

Optional:

  • Click Test Print to preview how the badge will appear when printed.

Printing Badges

  1. Go to your selected Event.
  2. Click on Print Badges.
  3. Review:
    • Selected printer (view only)
    • Selected badge size (view only)
  4. If needed:
    • Click Update Settings to change the badge size or template.
  5. View the attendee list with the applied template.
  6. Choose one of the following:
    • Print all attendees using the “Select All” option
    • Select specific attendees to print
  7. Click Print to start printing immediately.

Note: If the event is recurring, you can print badges either for all occurrences at once or individually for each occurrence.

Supported Badge Sizes

  • 17 × 54 mm
  • 17 × 87 mm
  • 29 × 90 mm
  • 38 × 90 mm
  • 62 × 100 mm
  • 38mm 

Important Notes

  • Templates must be configured before printing.
  • Printing begins immediately after clicking the Print button.
