Badge Printing allows organisers to generate and print attendee badges using customisable templates.
Select Badge Template & Test Print
- Log in to your EventBookings account.
- Go to your Organization Dashboard.
- Click on the Badge Template menu.
- Select a badge dimension from the dropdown.
- Choose a template based on the selected dimension.
- Click Next.
- Select your printer from the dropdown.
- Click Save to store the settings.
Optional:
- Click Test Print to preview how the badge will appear when printed.
Printing Badges
- Go to your selected Event.
- Click on Print Badges.
- Review:
- Selected printer (view only)
- Selected badge size (view only)
- If needed:
- Click Update Settings to change the badge size or template.
- View the attendee list with the applied template.
- Choose one of the following:
- Print all attendees using the “Select All” option
- Select specific attendees to print
- Click Print to start printing immediately.
Note: If the event is recurring, you can print badges either for all occurrences at once or individually for each occurrence.

- 17 × 54 mm
- 17 × 87 mm
- 29 × 90 mm
- 38 × 90 mm
- 62 × 100 mm
- 38mm
Important Notes
- Templates must be configured before printing.
- Printing begins immediately after clicking the Print button.
