EventBookings’ Payment Processor

The service charge for your event is 30 cents + 2.0% per ticket sold

For an event with 100 tickets of about $10, your total revenue is $1000.

• For this event our service charge will be = ($0.30 x 100 tickets) + (2.0% x $1000) = 30 + 20 = $50.

Stripe

The service charge for your event is 25 cents + 1.0% per ticket sold

For an event with 100 tickets of about €10, your total revenue is €1000

• For this event our service charge will be = (€0.25 x 100 tickets) + (1.0% x €1000) = 25 + 10 = €35.

Price excluding Stripe charges.

AfterPay

The service charge for your event is 25 cents + 1.0% per ticket sold

For an event with 100 tickets of about €10, your total revenue is €1000

• For this event our service charge will be = (€0.25 x 100 tickets) + (1.0% x €1000) = 25 + 10 = €35.

PayPal

The service charge for your event is 25 cents + 1.0% per ticket sold

For an event with 100 tickets of about €10, your total revenue is €1000

PayFast (Only available South Africa)

The service charge for your event is 25 cents + 1.0% per ticket sold

For an event with 100 tickets of about €10, your total revenue is €1000

• For this event our service charge will be = (€0.25 x 100 tickets) + (1.0% x €1000) = 25 + 10 = €35.

Free Tickets

We offer generous allocations of free tickets depending on your subscription plan:

• Basic Plan: First 300 tickets are free of charge
• Lite Plan: First 700 tickets are free of charge
• Standard Plan: First 1,000 tickets are free of charge
• Flexible Plan: First 1,500 tickets are free of charge

After the free allocation is reached, only a flat fee of €0.25 per ticket applies — no percentage charge.

Complimentary Tickets

The full service fee is applicable when issuing complimentary tickets.

Tickets Sold at the Venue (Cash Payments)

The full service fee is applicable when selling tickets at the venue.

Tickets Sold with a 100% Discount

For tickets issued with a full discount (100% off), only a flat fee of €0.25 per ticket applies.
