How to Receive Sales Reports via Email

You can automatically receive your sales reports via email by enabling this feature in your Organisation settings. Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your EventBookings account.
  2. From the dashboard, navigate to Organisation Settings.
  3. Go to Organization Profile.
  4. Click on the Report icon.
  5. In the Sales Report pop-up, enable the option “Receive sales report by email.”
  6. Select your preferred Report Type:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
  7. Enter the email address where you would like to receive the reports.
  8. Click Save to apply your changes.

Once enabled, your sales reports will be automatically sent to the specified email address based on the selected frequency.
