Warning: As an EventBookings organiser, you can cancel an attendee’s order at any time, but you must refund the total purchase price to all the customers before cancelling.
To cancel an attendee’s order:
- Go to your organisation dashboard.
- Select reports from the left panel.
- Search for a specific order by typing the order ID and customer name. You can also filter out your list by event name and date.
- Click on the order you want to cancel, and the order details page will open up.
- Click the three-dot button and select cancel order.
- A cancel order pop-up will appear, asking for your confirmation. You must refund the total purchase price to the customer for cancelling an order; thus, you cannot cancel an order if the option is not selected.
- Click confirm cancel.
- The order will get cancelled, and a refund will get issued to the customer.
