Organiser Cancellation & Refund

Warning: As an EventBookings organiser, you can cancel an attendee’s order at any time, but you must refund the total purchase price to all the customers before cancelling.

To cancel an attendee’s order:

  1. Go to your organisation dashboard.
  2. Select reports from the left panel.
  3. Search for a specific order by typing the order ID and customer name. You can also filter out your list by event name and date.
  4. Click on the order you want to cancel, and the order details page will open up.
  5. Click the three-dot button and select cancel order.
  6. A cancel order pop-up will appear, asking for your confirmation. You must refund the total purchase price to the customer for cancelling an order; thus, you cannot cancel an order if the option is not selected.
  7. Click confirm cancel.
  8. The order will get cancelled, and a refund will get issued to the customer.
