You can keep track of the tickets you purchase or book from the Orders section. Once you buy a ticket, the history will be recorded to Orders.
From the My Orders tab of your profile, you’ll have the list of all the tickets you have purchased so far. And the View Order Details will show the detailed invoice and the ticket attached at the bottom.
If you haven’t received any tickets but your bank statement shows a charge from EventBookings, it could be because you have not verified your email or the email provided while booking the ticket was misspelled. So, you need to confirm your email and check again whether you received the ticket.
Save the ticket as a digital pass
“Digital Pass” is an exciting feature on event bookings that allows you to save tickets into Apple or Google Wallet, eliminating the need to print or download tickets on your device. Instead, you can add it to your digital wallet and show tickets at the entrance in just a few taps.
Please note that you can only access this option if your organizer has enabled the feature.
Transfer your tickets
Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable. This means they cannot be switched to a different event or another ticket type or used by another person.
- If you want to attend a different event, you will need to purchase a ticket for that event from its event page. You can also contact your organizer to check if they will refund your current ticket.
- If you want to switch your ticket type, please ask your organizer if they will consider refunding your current ticket and allow you to buy another ticket of your desired type.
- If you are buying tickets for someone else, please use their names (and their email address if possible) when purchasing the ticket. Then, tickets will bear the user’s name.
